Informing SB-54

Perpetual conducted research and analysis together with Eunomia, InterEthnica, and Touch Design to fulfill a contract with CalRecycle as part of their implementation of California’s SB-54 legislation, which went into effect May 1, 2026. Perpetual has also conducted other research and strategic analysis for other key stakeholders involved in the implementation of SB-54, but there are no public reports available from this work.
